I've long wanted to eat various types of meat... shark, snake, all the various standard game animals, ostrich, kangaroo...  Llama would be another I'd add to my list.  However, I've heard kangaroo is low in fat.  How does llama stack up?  Anyone have any nutritional information on llama meat?

Under links on the web site there is a link mis-labelled 'Exotic Meats,' there is some nutritional information for llama under one of them.   Llama is good for you.  It taste better than beef and it's lower in fat.  ;D

Tastes good, good for you, *and* promotes an expanding pirate population and thereby decreases global warming.  Wow!  Llama really is the other red meat!  I gotta go find me a llama farm and start figuring out my own burger recipe!
