I don't want to create a crosspost, so here a short summary.

Full description of the bug is here:
http://llamacouncil.org/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,58/topic,45.0

Symptoms:

one gallery (album) works with OpenSef/Zoom (all most recent versions)
http://www.fahrrad-und-bike.de/fahrrad-fotos/mein-fahrrad/

all other galleries (albums) show strange behavior.
from the index view (thumbnails) you can click on ANY thumbnail and will ALLWAYS see the FIRST Image. Exccept if you click the LAST thumbnail - you see the last image.

Strange behavior can be seen here:
http://www.fahrrad-und-bike.de/fahrrad-fotos/fahrradtouren/
or
http://www.fahrrad-und-bike.de/fahrrad-fotos/girls-on-wheels/

I checked the album configuration - seems to be equal with the working one. Can't see any differences.

I am currently investigating this symptoms and will follow up with more observations as the become obvious to me. If anyone has a suggestion I would be very happy to hear it. (cause I am quite desperate with this)

here comes the solution

it seems to have something to do with upper/lower case.
If you images contain upper&lowercase in the filename you should NOT set the OpenSEF Config:

Components/OpenSEF/Configuration/SEF/Lower-Case_All_URLs=Yes

If you have (for any reasons) the above setting, then lowercase the filenames of the images.

This seems to do the job.

(another possibility which I didn't investigate any deeper was to turn off OpenSEF while you upload images. If the above doesn't help you might want to look in this direction)
